CopItCar is a vehicle-sourcing tool. It aggregates publicly available vehicle listings from third-party marketplaces, analyses them (including MOT history, market valuation and repair-cost estimates), and alerts you to listings that match your criteria. CopItCar is not a marketplace: we do not sell vehicles, act as a party to any transaction, or represent any seller.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

• CopItCar offers auto-renewable subscriptions (currently Pro at £49/month or £499/year, and Elite at £99/month or £990/year). Prices shown in the app at the time of purchase apply.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

• Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their respective policies.

• We may change subscription prices or features with reasonable notice; changes take effect from your next renewal.

Listings shown in the Service originate from third-party marketplaces and their sellers. We do not verify listings and make no promise that any listing is accurate, available, lawful, or as described. MOT data is sourced from official government records but may be incomplete or out of date. Always inspect a vehicle and verify its history before buying.

Market valuations, profit estimates, repair-cost estimates and deal scores are automated estimates provided for information only. They are not financial, investment or professional advice, and actual prices, costs and outcomes will differ. You are solely responsible for your buying and selling decisions.

You agree not to: resell, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service; share your account or alerts feed with non-subscribers; reverse engineer the Service; use it for unlawful purposes; or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

The Service, including its software, design, valuation models and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own vehicle-sourcing activity while you have an active account.

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that alerts will be delivered within any particular time, or that any listing remains available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach of these terms, with refunds (if any) handled under the applicable store’s policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
